1. Open the original link
Open the original public share URL in your browser. If the source itself reports that the share is unavailable, TeraWatch will normally be unable to retrieve it either.
2. Copy the full URL again
Messaging apps can truncate or alter links. Return to the original message and copy the complete URL.
3. Check whether the share expired
Public share links can be disabled over time. An expired share cannot be repaired by TeraWatch.
4. Check whether the file was deleted
If the original owner removed the file, there is no source for TeraWatch to play or download.
5. Check whether the link is public
TeraWatch is intended for supported public share URLs. It does not bypass legitimate account permissions or access restrictions.
6. Check the link format
Compare your URL with the formats recognized by TeraWatch.
7. Try again later
The original service can occasionally be unavailable or limit requests. A temporary error may disappear without any change to your link.
8. Try another browser
Browser extensions, aggressive filtering, or unusual media settings can interfere with playback. Testing a current mainstream browser can help isolate the problem.
Still not working?
If the original share opens but TeraWatch cannot process it, try again later after checking the supported-link formats. Never submit passwords, private links, authentication tokens, or other sensitive information to third parties.
